I don't know why I put myself through my games on the hardest difficulties but I always seem to choose it right off the bat and end up throwing a big fit from continuous deaths.
CoD:WaW on Veteran comes to mind. Where are all those damn grenades coming from?
Killzone 2 on the hardest difficulty was the first time I actually almost broke my controller because of a game.
Ninja Gaiden 2 would probably be too much for me, I don't think I want to buy it. I'm ...
For some, like myself, Live is a legitimate reason for me to keep my 360. I buy all the exclusives on PS3 and I could really live off all of them for the rest of the generation, but there's an exception.
Live is literally the reason why I buy all my multiplatform games on my 360. Just how everything and everyone is alive and integrated. It's so seamless.
This is an example what happens when I turn on my 360:
-I turn on my 360 it boots up to NXE
-I scroll...
Come on, having terrible damage isn't going to doom the game.
But... I thought GT5 was going to be the most definitive racing sim to date, so instead of having realistic damage in GT5, now I have to play Burnout?
Really guys? Come on, stop spinning it. It's a legitimate complaint and hopefully PD fixes it up and makes it looks spectacular by launch.
Complaints make the world go round. More complaining = Better product.
I'm actually keeping my 80GB PS3. Getting a Slim to replace the Fattie and having a PS2 there kinda neglects the reason of having a Slim in the first place, extra space.
OPINION: Don't kill me but I don't really like the design either, too awkward looking, the Fattie looks very nice still.
I'd really love it if Sony figures a way to patch in BC somehow, even though they're shooting it down. I mean, when MGS4 came out I played the trilogy pack through BC on my 80GB P...
I'm pretty sure Microsoft has said that they will patch in Flash support in the browser after launch, and there is an App store. That's enough to make me happy with the Zune HD.
Oh, and the Nvidia Tegra. Slick interface to boot.
Fun little game, I bought it when it 200pts. Well worth, I played probably 4-6 hours on this little game. Well worth the points, check it out.
Do want.
Nope, I wasn't implying that nobody buys the Arcade model. I was implying that the most popular model is the Pro model.
Is the Elite Fable bundle you're talking about the Halo 3 & Fable II bundle?
Interesting research indeed.
Well I guess that if you're buying a $299 Pro, you're not going to jump up to a $399 Elite, and if you don't like the 360, than you jump over the to Slim PS3 for $299.
Boycotting this means you boycott the developers who worked hard on this title. Is it worth it to sever pay to a homophobe?
"Who would be sitting on the fence at $200?
At that price anyone who is sitting on the fence is slim to none, unless they just don't want to spend money on a gimped piece and can't afford $100 more"
Bingo. Answered your own question. Nobody wants to buy a gimped piece of machinery. I thought everybody already knew that the most bought model of the 360 is the Pro model. Especially now since the Pro model is now $249 until they all clear out and it's the Elite at $2...
Well they did do the 199/299/399 price drop last year all by themselves so I think they can handle themselves. ;)
I expect a 360 Slim along with the launch of Natal.
Yeah definitely, games are definitely an expensive hobby, but most hobbies are.
I do boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and those are expensive, expensive classes. $60 for a month of BJJ plus the cost of the Gi when I begun. Boxing is $80 a month for me, private instruction.
Do we have to keep approving these articles? Do they count as news?
Oh well.
So when is this coming out? Any word?
I don't think it will make 360 sales drop that much, most people who want a 360 are pretty much 3 types of people:
1. Halo junkies
2. Live junkies
3. RRoD proof 360
1 and 2 are done with, 3 is almost done with (I think? Jaspers are pretty sturdy) so people who are buying 360s now are fence sitters, gifters, and double dippers.
The rise is pretty expected, the Slim will bring it up above 50%
Good job on Sony's part.
If $69.99 per game is a being f**ked then yes, we are being f**ked in prices. I go on CAG and look out for good deals all the time.
Nothing compared to New Zealand or Australia from what I heard.
Nah, the MS adapter is around $80, but at that price is still a monsterous rip off. Xbox compatible wireless bridges cost $20 from Future Shop, Best Buy or Radioshack... actually I think Radioshack is called "The Shack" now.
I use wired at home but on the move I use my laptop as a wireless bridge.
To be honest, the best game on any console right now is Fight Night Round 4 or UFC 09: Undisputed. By my own biased. ;)
@Everything above and below me: LMFAO LIST WARZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOGOGOGOGO!
Finally, can somebody recommend me a nice wheel?
I've been looking at Fanetec's but are there any nice ones for a reasonable price?
